Refund/Return/Shipping/Exchange Policy



Orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of order placement Monday – Friday. Once Shipped, orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days for regular ground shipping. With Express overnight 1-day shipping, the order can arrive within 1 day. Pricing and processing time of shipping can change at any time.



There is a possible customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery/receipt of the package. Hair Junkie and  Company is not at liberty to calcuate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. Please contact your local postal service for further details.*****************



Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Hair Junkie and Company has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our discretion. Confirmation of billing may be required and customer can/will be contacted via phone and email to complete. 



You will receive an text/email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, call Hair Junkie and Company at 678-250-3461. Please, have your order number prepared when you call.

We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.





BEFORE using your new hair exentions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, and quality are as desired. We feel that our Virgin Indian Remy hair is of such high quality that you will never want to return it.


However, if you feel you need to make a return our Refund Policy is as follows:


You have 7 days from the time of purchase to receive a monetary return. (Excluding the Princess Line)


If your Hair Extensions exhibit excessive shedding or tangling, you may return them within 14 days from the time of purchase and we will provide a replacement. (Excluding the Princess Line)


You may exchange an eligible item for a different item, excluding the original shipping charges and taxes, within 7 days of the shipment received date, provided you follow the proper return procedure and eligibility guidelines as described on our website. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Exchange shipping charges cannot be refunded. (Excluding the Princess Line)


All hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. But, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different please call customer service within 3 days of receipt date we will gladly exchange it and begin the exchange process. 


We will not exchange any item(s) that have been used.


Hair Junkie and Company has the right to refuse the return/exchange/replacement of any item(s) based on the following reasons:

  1. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original state. We will not accept any hair pieces bleached, or colored, chemically processed, emits odors, the wefts have been cut into pieces, or hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.

  2. The merchandise is damaged.

  3. Pieces of the product are missing.

  4. It is past the acceptable 14 days.


Note: ****All sales are final with the Princess Line. No returns/refunds will be honored under the Princess Line.****



We will personally guide you over the phone to assist you with your returns and exchanges. All you have to do is follow the authorized Return and Exchange procedure as illustrated here, for an eligible return or exchange.


When you receive you item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the texture and lengths you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Please, contact us immediately with any discrepancy. 

Call 678-250-3461. At that time, one our representatives will then guide you through the exchange procedure.


Note: Your exchange request cannot be accepted without contacting a representative first! Please, do not ship back any purchased item to any address obtained from our website, documents, or packing without contacting our Hair Junkie and Company first.
